- You will receive weekly emails from programme creator Jenny Burrell with your Meditation Audios.
- Through your first email you will receive a journal PDF for you to download and keep, this will help guide you through the 7 week Meditations, Mindfulness and Gratitude tasks, along with a progress check at the beginning and final week of the programme, for sure, you will see progress!
- You will be invited to join a private Facebook group where Arlette will go through the various Meditations, Mindfulness and Gratitude tasks, over the 7 weeks, plus tips to help you through your ZenWoman journey. Zoom links to the class will be provided within the group.
- This programme is available as a class or a 1-2-1 basis.
