Arlette is a certified Menopause Coach since 2018, where she designed a Menopause specific programme called MenoThrive(R), having helped many women over the years to bring knowledge and understanding while also helping women to make this a positive journey through health and movement.
10 years experience as a qualified Personal Trainer specializing in women’s health
Certified as a Holistic Core Restore(R) Coach providing pelvic health programmes to help support women through their pelvic health journey’s, from incontinence, prolapse and diastasis recti .
Qualified Women’s Therapeutic Coach.
